Warranty

All products sold by Cold Water Outdoors are covered by our Full 12 month “3R” repair, replace or refund warranty.

If any item purchased from Cold Water Outdoors fails during the 12 months post purchase date, simply fill out the Warranty Return Form below & we’ll get the process underway. These warranties do not cover consumer caused damages such as misuse, abuse or repairs attempted by someone other than our authorized technicians. Some products offered may also be covered by additional manufacturers warranties. Please contact us at info@coldwater.co.nz or refer to the manufacturer’s website for more information.

* Only purchase price will be refunded, cost of return shipment will not be covered. Purchaser will need to, on request from Cold Water Outdoors, provide their bank account details for refund to be paid.
